Delivery

Dispatch is within 24 hours on business days. Transit usually takes 7–12 working days, and customs clearance can add time depending on the destination. Tracking is emailed at dispatch and may take 24–48 hours to activate.

Customs and duties

Import duty, VAT and any handling fee are set locally and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the price. Parcels are declared accurately; we do not under-declare values or mark orders as gifts.

Addresses

Include the building, street, area and a phone number that the carrier can reach. In some cities deliveries are made to a collection point — follow the instructions on the tracking link if that happens.

Shipping is a flat US$5 per order, free over US$49. Returns within 14 days on unworn items with tags.
