Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on manandshirt.com. By placing an order you accept them. The store is operated by Anhui Shengshi Qingtian Information Technology Co., Ltd., Hefei, Anhui, China.

1. About the store

Man & Shirt sells men's shirts and apparel online, one piece at a time, shipped from China. There is no minimum order and no wholesale account. Contact: yuhua0095@gmail.com · WhatsApp +86 13515647030.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each style as accurately as we can, including material, available sizes and measurements. Colours can look different between screens and photographs. Measurements are garment measurements for that style and may vary slightly between production batches.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are the price for one piece. Shipping is a flat US$5 per order, free over US$49. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Payment is handled by PayPal at checkout; we do not store card details.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. If an item is out of stock after payment, we will contact you and refund that item. We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud, abuse or a pricing error is suspected, and will refund any amount paid.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Tracked delivery usually takes 7 to 12 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Full details are on the shipping page.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return an unworn item with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with the order number before sending anything back. The item price is refunded to the original payment method after inspection; original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Full details are on the returns page.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the store to break the law, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, text, photographs and product images are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

9. Liability

We are responsible for the store and the orders we accept. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be handled in good faith by contacting us; if unresolved, they are subject to the competent courts of Hefei, Anhui.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders from the date shown. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
