Every order ships from our warehouse in China, tracked, in plain packaging.

Dispatch and transit

Orders are picked and packed within 24 hours on business days. Tracked delivery usually takes 7–12 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. The tracking number is emailed at dispatch and can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Duties and taxes

Import duty, VAT and local handling fees are set by your country, are not included in the price, and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare parcels accurately — no under-declaring, no gifts.

If tracking stalls

Message us with the order number before opening a dispute. A parcel held in customs is usually waiting for information or payment, not lost, and we can chase the carrier from this side.

Shipping is a flat US$5 per order, free over US$49. Returns within 14 days on unworn items with tags.
