Return an unworn item with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Start by contacting us with the order number — do not send anything back before we confirm the return address.
Message us
WhatsApp or email with the order number and the item. Add a photo if the issue is damage or a wrong item.
Get the address
We reply within one business day (UTC+8) with the return address and parcel instructions.
Send it back
Pack as received, include the order number inside, and send with tracking. Keep the tracking number.
Refund
After inspection, the item price is refunded to the original payment method.
Return and reorder
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the unworn item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want — stock is live and sizes are not held during a return.

Amount and timing
The item price is refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds go through PayPal; the time to appear depends on your bank.
What we need

Clear exclusions
Worn, washed or altered items; returns without tags; damage caused after delivery; returns sent without contacting us first or to the address printed on the outer label.
Something wrong with the order?
Send the order number and a photo. We will confirm the resolution, not ask you to explain it three times.
