Handed to the carrier with a tracking number. First scan can take 24 to 48 hours.

7 to 12 working days, depending on destination and customs.
Where to find it
The tracking number is emailed when the parcel is handed to the carrier. The same link appears under Account, then Orders. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, message us with the order number and we will chase the carrier from this side.
The rest of it.
Plain outside, protected inside
Every order ships in an unbranded mailer. Nothing on the outside names the product, the brand or the category, and there is no invoice inside. Shirts are folded with tissue at the collar, knitwear is folded flat, dresses are bagged against creasing.
Duties and taxes
Prices do not include import duties or local taxes. Any charge from your customs office is the buyer's responsibility. We do not mark parcels as gifts or under-declare values.
Before and after dispatch
Before dispatch we can usually change the address or cancel the order — message us with the order number. After dispatch, changes must go through the carrier using the tracking link.
