Timeline

Dispatch is within 24 hours on business days. Tracked delivery usually takes 7–12 working days, depending on the destination and how quickly customs clears the parcel. The tracking number is emailed at dispatch and can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Duties and taxes

US import rules apply to the parcel. Any duty, tax or handling fee charged by customs or the carrier is the buyer's responsibility and is not included in the price. We do not mark parcels as gifts or under-declare values.

Address and delivery

Check the address on the confirmation email — changes are easiest before dispatch. If the carrier leaves a notice, follow the instructions on the tracking link rather than reordering.

Shipping is a flat US$5 per order, free over US$49. Returns are accepted within 14 days on unworn items with tags.
