We ship single pieces, not cartons to a distributor. That changes what quality control means: the job is to make sure the shirt in the parcel is the style, size and colour you ordered, and that it has no visible defect before it is sealed.
Order accuracy
Every order is picked against the order line: SKU, size and colour. The size selected at checkout is the size on the pick list, and the label is verified before folding. This prevents the most common retail failure — the right shirt in the wrong size.
Garment check
Seams and stitching. Buttons and closures. Print alignment. Stone adhesion at edges and shoulders. Measurements spot-checked against the size chart. Marks, chalk, iron shine or storage odour.
