1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 30 pieces per design per color. This applies to our standard catalog styles (rhinestone, printed, casual, and business shirts). For custom OEM orders, the MOQ is also 30 pieces per style, but we can be flexible for repeat orders.
2. Can I order samples first?
Yes, absolutely. We offer sample orders for all our products. You can order 1-2 pieces of any existing style to check quality, fit, and fabric. Sample lead time is 3-5 days, and the cost is deducted from your first bulk order if you proceed.
3. How long does production take?
For stock items (our ready-made designs), production takes 7-15 days after order confirmation and payment. For OEM/private label orders with custom fabric or design, production takes 25-45 days depending on complexity and quantity.
Payment & Pricing
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal for sample orders and small transactions (under $500). For bulk orders, we accept bank transfer (T/T) via Citibank. We require a 30% deposit to start production, and the remaining 70% before shipment or against a copy of the Bill of Lading.
5. Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes, we offer full OEM services. You can customize fabric, color, cut, and even packaging. We can produce shirts under your brand name and provide all necessary documentation for your market.
6. Can I add my own logo?
Yes, we offer logo customization. We can embroider, print, or attach a woven label with your logo. The cost depends on the method and placement. We provide free digital mockups for approval before production.
7. What are your wholesale prices?
Prices vary by style, fabric, and quantity. As a reference, our basic polyester casual shirts start at $6.50 per piece (MOQ 30). Rhinestone shirts are $8.00-$12.00, and business shirts are $7.50-$10.00. For exact quotes, please send us the style numbers and quantities.
Shipping & Delivery
8. What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer express shipping via DHL or FedEx for small orders (samples and urgent orders). For bulk orders, we use sea freight (FOB or CIF) to major ports worldwide. We can also arrange air freight if you need faster delivery.
9. How long does shipping take?
Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) takes 3-7 business days depending on your country. Sea freight takes 20-35 days to most destinations. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
Quality & Policies
10. What is your return / defect policy?
We have a strict quality control process. If you receive defective items (e.g., stitching errors, color mismatch, or damage), we will replace them free of charge or issue a refund for the defective pieces. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos.
11. What materials do you use?
Our shirts are primarily made from high-quality polyester (including polyester blends) for durability and easy care. We also offer cotton and cotton-poly blends for business shirts. All fabrics are tested for colorfastness and shrinkage.
12. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from S to XXL in standard men's sizing. For OEM orders, we can adjust the size chart according to your market (e.g., US, EU, or Asian sizing). We provide detailed measurement charts for each style.
13. How do you ensure quality?
We have a 3-step quality check: incoming fabric inspection, in-line production checks, and final random inspection (AQL 2.5) before packing. We also take photos of finished goods for your approval before shipment.
Customization & Support
14. Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes, we can dropship directly to your customers. We offer unbranded packaging or your own packaging. There is a small handling fee per order, and we require a minimum of 10 dropship orders per month. Please contact us for details.
15. Can I customize the design / print?
Yes, we offer full customization. You can send us your artwork (AI, PDF, or high-res JPG) for printed shirts. For rhinestone designs, we can create custom patterns. We also offer custom collar, cuff, and placket options for OEM.
16. What is the warranty / after-sales support?
We provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship for all bulk orders. If any manufacturing defect appears within that period, we will replace the items at no cost. Our after-sales team is available 24/7 to resolve any issues.

17. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply contact us via email or our website with the style numbers and quantities you need. We will send you a proforma invoice with payment details. After you confirm and pay the deposit, we start production. You can track progress via our sales representative.
18. Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. We have experience exporting to North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa. If you have any shipping restrictions or special requirements, let us know, and we will find the best solution.
