Quality is at the core of our business. Our QC system is designed to catch issues early and ensure that every shirt meets your expectations.
Inspection Stages
- Incoming Materials: We inspect fabrics and trims for defects before production.
- In-Line Inspection: During sewing, we check stitching, measurements, and workmanship.
- Final Random Inspection: Before shipment, we conduct a final inspection (AQL 2.5 standard) to verify quality and packaging.
Material Standards
We test fabrics for shrinkage, colorfastness, and strength. We also verify that materials meet your required specifications, such as thread count and GSM.
Defect Policy
If defects are found after delivery, we offer a fair resolution:
- Replacement of defective items
- Credit for future orders
- Refund for unacceptable defects
