European orders ship tracked from China in plain packaging. Dispatch is within 24 hours on business days; delivery usually takes 7–12 working days, plus any time customs takes to clear the parcel.

VAT and duty

Import VAT and any duty are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. Depending on the carrier, you may be asked to pay before delivery or after the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in the price and are not refundable by us.

Paperwork

We declare the parcel accurately. We do not under-declare values or mark orders as gifts. If customs asks for information, reply through the carrier's tracking link — the parcel is usually held, not lost.

Returns from Europe

Unworn items with tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first with the order number; we confirm the return address. Return shipping and any re-import charges are arranged by the customer.
